("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use made-in-china-suppliers.com (the "Site") or contact us for a bulk quote. We supply licensed pharmacies, wholesalers, hospitals and pharmaceutical manufacturers on a business-to-business basis only — the Site is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect information from, individual consumers or children.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, and a small amount of information collected automatically.
- Quote requests: product and quantity of interest, destination market, your name, business email address, phone number, delivery address, preferred carrier, preferred payment method, and any message you add.
- Contact channels: if you email or call us using the addresses/numbers listed on our Contact page, we receive whatever you send us there.
- Technical data: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) collected by our hosting infrastructure for security and reliability purposes.
- Fonts: this Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font may cause your browser to send your IP address to Google. We do not use Google Fonts for advertising or analytics.

- Mailtrap — our transactional email provider, used to deliver quote-confirmation and internal notification emails.
- Cloudflare — our hosting and network infrastructure provider, used to serve the Site and run our quote-request system.
- Carriers and freight partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, TNT) — only once an order is confirmed, and only the shipping details needed to deliver it.
- Regulators or customs authorities, where required to lawfully export or import a shipment, or where legally compelled.
7. International data transfers
We are headquartered in China and work with international buyers and service providers, so your information may be processed in China and in other countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure information is handled consistently with this Policy wherever it is processed.
8. Retention
We keep quote-request records for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, fulfil any resulting order, and satisfy our own recordkeeping, tax and export-compliance obligations — after which we delete or anonymize it.

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to request a copy of it in a portable format.
