The terms that apply when you use this Site or request a bulk quote from us.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using made-in-china-suppliers.com (the "Site") or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of the business you represent. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Business-to-business only
The Site and our products are offered exclusively to licensed pharmacies, wholesalers, hospitals and pharmaceutical manufacturers acting in the course of business. By submitting a quote request you confirm that you are authorized to purchase pharmaceutical products on behalf of a licensed business, and that the products requested will be received, stored and distributed in compliance with the laws of the destination country. We may request evidence of licensing before fulfilling any order, and may decline to serve any request at our discretion.
3. Quote requests are not orders
Submitting the quote form is a request for pricing and availability, not a purchase order and not a binding offer by either party. A binding sale is formed only once we issue a signed, written quote and both parties confirm the order in writing. Product descriptions, images and specifications on the Site are indicative; final specifications, Certificates of Analysis, GMP certificates and other documentation are provided with the formal quote.
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods are shown on the quote form and confirmed in your signed quote. Where payment is made by cryptocurrency, transfers are irreversible once sent. Always confirm the destination wallet address directly with our team against your signed quote before sending funds. We will never change payment or wallet details by email alone — if you receive an email purporting to change payment instructions, verify it by phone before acting on it.
5. Shipping, customs & compliance
You are responsible for confirming that importing the requested products into your destination country is lawful, and for holding any import license, permit or registration required there. We ship using the carriers listed on our Shipping & Logistics page and provide export documentation to support customs clearance, but customs duties, import formalities and destination-country compliance remain your responsibility.
6. Intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos and content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Made in China Suppliers Co., Ltd. and may not be copied or reused without our written permission, other than for your own evaluation of our products as a prospective buyer.
7. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is". While we take care to keep product and company information accurate, we do not warrant that the Site is error-free or that product information is complete for every regulatory context — final specifications are governed by the documentation issued with your signed quote.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Made in China Suppliers Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with authority over our registered office in Hebei, China.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision; continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
